REALTORS® who become PRC Council Members™ are subject to random, recurring Background Checks and must maintain a consistent CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index). PRC maintains an ongoing customer survey system in order to assure Consumers a consistent high standard of service is maintained. If a PRC Council Member™ fails to meet the PRC standard, PRC can and will terminate their Council Membership.

Real estate agents often look and sound the same. Most claim to be #1. So, who’s really telling the truth?
