REALTORS® who become CSCA Council Members™ are subject to random, recurring Background Checks and must maintain a consistent CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index). CSCA maintains an ongoing customer survey system in order to assure Consumers a
consistent high standard of service is maintained. If a CSCA
Council Member™ fails to meet the CSCA standard, CSCA can
and will terminate their Council Membership.

Approval. Our seal is your assurance that you are working with

little experience - they just have a license. It shouldn't surprise

REALTORS® nationwide and less than 30,000 are CSCA Council
